How it Works

Step 1:

The teacher, trainer, or presenter uses their DCS projector to log into Reach, our unique meeting platform.

Step 2:

They create a session and share the unique code with invitees anywhere in the world. Invitees can use the code to Reach Out and join the session from any device — whether it’s a phone, laptop, or computer.

Step 3:

During the session, they can connect with their audiences worldwide — sharing content with them, communicating through the built-in microphone and speaker, and visible via the integrated webcam for a fully interactive experience.

Step 4:

Attendees can see all the content being presented, hear the speaker, and interact in real time by asking questions or leaving comments using the messaging tool.
